Acceptance of Service Terms

Your access to and use of our website are conditional upon your agreement to these Terms of Use, which are subject to unilateral amendments by us at any time. It is your responsibility to remain informed of any changes to these terms, as your continued use of the site constitutes binding acceptance of these modifications.

Our Liability Boundary

Extra Miscellaneous Details

In cases of suspected violations of Organization policies, especially unauthorized access to Organization Computing and Communication Resources, the appropriate system administrator, after consultation with terms of use or other Organization offices if appropriate, may authorize detailed session logging. This may involve a complete keystroke log of an entire session. In addition, the system administrator of the facility concerned may authorize limited searching of User files to gather evidence on a suspected violation.

Software and physical limitations, computer viruses, and third-party intrusions can compromise security of data storage and communications. Organization takes reasonable precautions to minimize risk. Users must notify appropriate Organization officials including their immediate supervisor and Terms of use of information security concerns including, but not limited to, breaches of sensitive data or compromised accounts.

Organization Computing and Communication Resources are managed by Users, Organization departments, or Terms of use, depending on a variety of business factors. Terms of use is not obligated to maintain backups of any file for any particular length of time. Users must protect and back up critical data. Individual Users and departments should develop policies and practices, coordinated with Terms of use as needed, to ensure regular backups of data and to implement steps to ensure that all critical data is compatible with all current generations of computing equipment, storage media, and media readers.

Inappropriate Access

Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security measures on the websites, including, without limitation:

Using a false password or one belonging to another user or accessing data not intended for the user or logging into a server or account which such user is not authorized to access;

Disclosing a password or permitting a third-party to use a password or failing to notify Company if a password is compromised;

Attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization;

Attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of overloading, "flooding", "mail bombing" or "crashing";

Sending unsolicited email, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services;

Forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting; or

Hijacking all or any part of the website content, deleting or changing any website content, or linking to the websites without our specific written permission.

We do not govern the content presented on these third-party websites and therefore will not be held accountable for any material or losses encountered from such sites. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with their policies and terms before engaging with their content.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are constructed in accordance with and shall be governed by the laws of our jurisdiction. In the case where any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. By using the website, you agree that the courts of our country will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

Service Charges

Payments may be made by bank transfer or credit card and must be received in full 3 working days prior to the course start date. A one-week tuition deposit must be paid immediately upon booking by credit card or by bank transfer. No new bookings will be received after Wednesday for programmes starting the following Monday. A booking confirmation will only be sent when the full payment has been received. Bank details are provided on the invoice. Payment must include all bank transfer charges (including intermediary bank charges).

Method of Refund Application

We understand that from time-to-time circumstances arise which may result in you requiring a cancellation or refund of your purchase / order. If you purchase a course you have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. If you have not accessed the product at any point then we can offer a full refund. If the 14 days have passed or you access any part of the course then we reserve the right to refuse any refund in part or full.

We reserve the right to monitor website activity. Users are prohibited from violating security measures on the websites, including attempting unauthorized access, disclosing passwords, or interfering with service to other users.

Violations

We have the discretion to determine violations of these rules and take appropriate action. Violations may result in civil or criminal liability, and we may cooperate with law enforcement authorities in such cases.

Termination of Usage

We may terminate or suspend a user's access to the websites without notice for conduct that violates these Terms of Use or applicable laws.

Account Configuration

You must ensure that the information you provide upon account creation is accurate, complete, and kept current at all times. Failing to do so is considered a violation of the Terms, which may lead to immediate termination of your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for any activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your password with others, and immediately report any security breaches or unauthorized use of your account. Members who have subscribed to paid services agree to settle any outstanding invoices within one month from the date of the invoice.
